中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变用药规律分析

A medicining principle analysis of treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM

中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(PLGC)癌前病变从不同的方面进行了广泛地的研究,取得了良好的效果,目前成为胃癌防治学研究的重点。研究表明,中医药防治慢性萎缩性胃炎可以使肠上皮化生和异型增生部分减轻或逆转。笔者将近年来报道的国内中医药治疗PLGC的有效处方105首、常用149余味中药进行了分析,以期从中发现用药规律。

TCM has achieved good results in different areas, and were studied extensively on treating PLGC. Studies showed that TCM could reduce and reverse IM and Dys. 105 effect prescriptions and 149 TCM medicines were analyzed for medicating principles.
