摘要
目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤加减联合经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年10月-2013年7月来山西省人民医院诊治,且符合研究标准的胸腰椎OVCF患者共50例,按随机数字表法分为两组,即西医对照组和中西医结合治疗组,每组25例,西医对照组采用PVP手术和术后抗骨质疏松治疗,另一组在西医治疗的基础上再加入中药治疗,观察比较两组的疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组与对照组在VSA评分比较中,在术后1周及1个月时两组进行比较,t值分别为0.082和0.322,P>0.05,两组之间的差别没有统计学意义。在术后3个月及术后6个月时两组进行比较,t值分别为1.367和2.643,P<0.05,两组之间的差别有统计学意义。在WHO标准测试中,治疗组的有效率为88%,对照组的有效率为76%。结论:PVP可以有效、及时缓解患者的疼痛,结合加减身痛逐瘀汤能够更有效、长期的缓解全身疼痛。
Objective: To observe the body pain by stasis tonga subtraction combined percutaneous vertebral plasty in treatment ofsenile osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures in clinical cur ative effect. Methods: From October 2012 to July 2013, Shanxi Province people's hospital and the standard of diagnosis and treatment of a total of 50 patients with thoracolumbar OVCF, divided into two groups; according to random number table method, namely the control group and tradition chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment group, 25 cases in each group; western medicine control group using PVP surgery and postoperative anti osteoporosis treatment; another group on the basis of western medicine and add chinese traditional medicine treat ment, compared two groups of curative effect and security. Results: Treatment group and control group in VSA score comparison, in postoperative 1 week and 1 month when comparing the two groups, t value were 0.082 and 0.322, P〉0.05. The difference was not statistically difference between two groups. After 3 months and 6 months comparing the two groups, t value were 1.367 and 1.367, P〈0.05. The difference was statistically significant between two groups. In the WHO standard tests, treatment group effective rate was 88%; effective rate was 76% in the control group. Conclusion: PVP can effectively, reduce the pain of patients in time, the combination of add and subtract the body pain by stasis soup can be more effective, long-term body pain relief.
