自拟方传统熬制方法制作黑膏药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical research on treating lumbar disc herniation with the homemade black cream plaster

目的:观察推拿手法配合外敷自制膏药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成推拿手法配合外敷自制膏药治疗的治疗组和推拿治疗的对照组,采用腰椎间盘突出疗效评定量表观察治疗前后两组患者的3项主要症状、3项体征和6项日常生活活动评分。结果:两组患者最终综合评分治疗后均较治疗前提高,差异具有统计学意义(治疗组P<0.01,对照组P<0.05)。治疗后两组互相比较,治疗组较对照组疗效提高更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:推拿手法配合外敷自制膏药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effects of treating lumbar disc herniation on the homemade black cream plaster. Methods： Patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into the treatment group of massage plus homemade plaster and the control group of massage. Before and after treatment, the three main symptoms, the three signs, and the scores of six daily living activities were observed by lumbar disc efficacy assessment scales. Results：The scores of both groups were higher after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （the treatment group P〈0.01, the control group P〈0.05）. the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant P〈0.01. Conclusion： There have the significant effects of treating lumbar disc herniation on the homemade black cream plaster.
