The author summarizes the work experience with treating Yangming Fu of anorectal branch on the Da Cheng Qi decoction. According to the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and three common situations of the TCM anorectal, the timing and indication of the Dacheng Qi decoction was introduced. In clinical work, doctors were guided to grasp Jixia Cunyin of anorectal branch. The Dacheng Qi decoction could gain efficacy in certain hazardous or impending dangers.
