消渴之肝郁病机浅析

A study on pathogenesis of diabetes

目前关于消渴的病因病机研究已经从历代"阴虚为本、燥热为标","上消在肺、中消在胃、下消在肾"的八纲辨证、脏腑辨证研究,转为消渴之气血津液精病变、经脉肉皮骨病变等较之细小、微观方面的研究,并取得疗法上的突破和良好临证效果。但是本篇试从消渴病程中,肝脏参与程度及范围,论述肝郁在整个消渴病因病机中地位,以期为临证治疗提供一点帮助。
