骨髓异常增生症采用中药补虚解毒法治疗的临床效果观察

An effective observation on treating bone marrow hyperplasia symptoms in TCM

目的:对骨髓异常增生症采用中药补虚解毒法治疗的临床效果进行观察。方法:选取2009年6月-2013年6月在我院确诊为骨髓异常增生症的患者100例作为研究对象,采用中药补虚解毒法进行治疗,对治疗前后的相关指标进行比较。结果:治疗后患者的外周血细胞均有改善,其中血红蛋白及白细胞计数较治疗前提高(P<0.05)、血小板计数较治疗前有所提高(P>0.05);患者治疗后的输血依赖或输血频繁减少,与治疗前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药补虚解毒法治疗骨髓异常增生症有较好的临床效果,患者的血液细胞均有不同程度的提高,骨髓造血功能改善,明显减少输血依赖,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the TCM Buxu Jiedu therapy for myelodysplastic symptoms. Methods： 100 patients with myelodysplastic symptoms were analyzed, studied and compared. Results： After treatment, the peripheral blood cells was improved （P〈0.05）, hemoglobin and white blood cell count were increased （P〉0.05）; blood transfusions decreased compared with before, difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM Buxu Jiedu therapy was effective on myelodysplastic syndrome, the patient＇s blood cells have increased, bone marrow function improved significantly, and transfusion dependence was reduced.
