中西医结合治疗肺癌化疗栓塞术后综合征疗效评价

Efficacy evaluation on treating syndromes following TACE of lung cancer in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗肺癌化疗栓塞术后综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年3月-2014年3月于本院肿瘤科进行肺癌化疗栓塞术治疗的患者56例,将患者分为对照组和结合治疗组,其中对照组28例,使用常规治疗;结合治疗组患者28例,在常规治疗的基础上给予健脾养阴方治疗,并根据患者的临床症状在健脾养阴方基础上增减药物进行治疗。对患者术后胸痛,发热,恶心等症状发生率进行统计,参照《抗癌药物急性及亚急性毒性反应分度标准(WHO标准)》对患者治疗后发热,恶心等临床症状持续时间进行评价。结果:结合治疗组的发热率、恶心呕吐率、胸痛率、腹泻率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结合治疗组发热、恶心呕吐、胸痛、腹泻持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗可明显改善肺癌化疗栓塞术后综合征的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To observe the effects of integrative medicine on syndromes following TACE of lung cancer. Methods： 56 cases of the syndromes following TACE of lung cancer in our hospital oncology from march 2012 to march 2014 were divided into the control group and the treatment group, there was 28 cases in the control group given routine treatment, 28 eases in the treatment group was given the Jianpi Yangyin decoction more.drug was increased or decreased according to clinical symptoms, the incidence rate of postoperative chest pain, fever, nausea and other symptoms were counted, the symptom duration of fever, nausea duration was evaluated following WHO standard. Results： The heating, the nausea and vomiting, the chest pain, the diarrhea in the treatment group was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on syndromes following TACE was significantly improved, and the life quality of patients was also improved.
