胆舒胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎123例

Treating 123 cases of bile reflux gastritis with the Danshu capsule and mosapride

目的:探讨胆舒胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照法,将符合纳入标准的246例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组123例,对照组123例。对照组采用莫沙必利口服治疗,治疗组服用胆舒胶囊联合莫沙必利进行治疗。以4周为l个疗程,均于治疗前及服药1个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果:治疗后两组总体疗效及主要症状、体征疗效比较,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。在改善胆汁反流及胃黏膜炎症等方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胆舒胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效优于单纯应用胆舒胶囊的临床疗效,且未见毒副作用,其治疗机理可能是通过促进胃排空、协调胃及十二指肠运动、抗炎、抗溃疡、保护胃黏膜等实现的。研究结果从临床角度验证了胆舒胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的实用性和可行性,其有进一步开发研究的价值和空间。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of Danshu capsule and mosapride on bile reflux gastritis. Methods： The 246 cases in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by the randomized method, 123 cases in the treatment group. Patients in the control group were treated with Mosapride, in the treatment group was treated with Danshu capsule and Mosapride. In 4 weeks of I treatment, the patients in treatment before and after 1 courses of treatment the curative effect was compared after. Results： The overall effects, main symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared after treatment; the treatment group was better （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.The treatment group was better than in control group in the improvement of bile reflux and gastric mucosal inflammation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical curative efficacy of Danshu capsules plus mosapride was better than Danshu capsule on bile reflux gastritis, and no toxic side effect. The mechanism might be related to promoting gastric emptying, stomach and duodenum movement coordination, to achieve anti-inflammatory, anti ulcer, protecting gastric mucosa. The results from a clinical perspective to be verified with the Danshu capsules combined with mosapride practicability and feasibility of the treatment of bile reflux gastritis, and the therapy has further research value and space.
