参麦注射液对老年冠心病患者的影响

摘要 目的:观察参麦注射液对老年冠心病患者的影响。方法:将121例冠心病患者分成两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加参麦注射液进行治疗,观察治疗前后血脂、内皮依赖性血管舒张功能和NO水平的变化。结果:参麦注射液能可明显改善TC、TG、LDLC-C、HDL-C水平(P<0.05),升高血管内皮依赖性舒张功能和血清NO水平(P<0.01)。结论:参麦注射液疗效明显,能较好的调节血脂水平,改善心血管功能和预后。 Objective: To observe efficacy of the Shenmai injection on senile coronary heart disease. Methods: 121 cases were divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment; the observed group was given the Shenmai injection more. Lipids, endothelium-dependent vasodilation and NO levels were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treating with the Shenmai injection, TC, TG, LDLC-C, HDL-C levels were improved (P〈0.05), and endothelium-dependent vasodilation and serum NO levels were elevated (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The Shenmai injection has a significantly effect, could regulated blood lipid levels better, and improves cardiovascular function and prognosis.
