慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期全程规范化护理的意义

Significance of full normalization care for COPD patients

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者采取全程规范化护理的疗效。方法:观察并统计整理62例深圳市中医院慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的住院患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理举措,治疗组对患者采取全程规范化护理举措,观察护理后患者病情改善情况。结果:治疗结果显示两组在临床疗效、中医症候改善方面,治疗组优于对照组;两组患者BODE指数情况改善情况上,除BMI指数无统计学差异,其余指标均具有统计学意义。结论:针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病全程规范化护理能有效地缩短患者住院天数,能有效地改善患者临床症状。

Objective： To explore the standardization of care for COPD patient. Methods： 62 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group; the control group received conventional care; the treatment group take full measure of patient care. Results： TCM symptoms improve better in the treatment group than the control group; on the BODE index, the index was no with significant difference in addition to BMI. Conclusion： COPD standardized care can effectively reduce the number of days of hospitalization, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
