车联网在“智慧城市”中的应用

Application of Internet of Vehicle(IoV) in the "Smart City"

车联网(IoV:Internet of Vehicle)是在物联网(IoT:Internet of Things)基础上的一个典型应用,是移动互联网纵深发展的着力点,承载着"人、车、路、数据"的全信息系统,是未来通信、环保、节能、安全等发展的融合性技术。本文在分析当前车联网现状的基础上,提出多媒体平台在车联网建设中的重要意义,设计了多媒体平台的典型应用,同时针对当前政策车联网的应用问题和技术层面存在的瓶颈,提出了解决方案。

IoV（Internet of Vehicle） is a typical application on the basis of IoT（Internet of Things）, and the depth of the mobile Internet development path, beared the ＂Person, Vehicle, Road and Data＂ the whole information system, as well as the future communications, environmental protection, energy saving, security, development of convergent technology. In this paper, based on the analysis of the present situation of the IoV, point out multimedia platform important meaning in the IoV, design of the typical application of the multimedia platform, and in view of the current policy of IoV and technical problems, puts forward the solutions.
