摘要
电加热器为各类反应堆热工水力试验装置提供热源,而电加热器需要配备大功率的电源与温控系统,其用途是对电加热器提供电能并进行实时控温,满足试验装置运行温度的需要;避免对电加热器造成电冲击与温度冲击,实现温度平稳控制,保证电加热器的使用寿命。针对这一情况,本文以12×288k W电加热器电源及温控系统为例,通过相关设计和计算,提出了大功率电加热器电源与温度控制系统的详细技术方案。
As an electric heater, heat sources are supplied for thermal hydraulic testing devices of various types of reactors, and high power and the temperature control system are required for the electric heater. Electricity energy is supplied to the electric heater and the temperature of the electric heater is controlled in real time, so that the requirement on operation temperature of the testing devices is met; electricity impact and temperature impact on the electric heater are avoided, the stable control of the temperature is realized, and the service 1/fe of the electric heater is prolonged. In the case, by taking the power and the temperature control system of 12 x 288kW electric heater as an example, a detailed technical scheme on the power and the temperature control system of the high-power electric heater is proposed in accordance with the related design and calculation.
