摘要
在现行薪酬政策的刺激下,保险代理人则不愿意花费更多的时间进行售后服务;同时由于保险代理人流动性很大,"孤儿保单"问题凸现。文章通过对郑州市中国人寿老客户的调查,给出调查结论,分析存在的问题,最后提出收展部维护与开发客户的政策建议。
Under the stimulus of the current compensation policy, the insurance agents are not willing to spend more time on customer service; meanwhile with the high mobility of the insurance agents, the problem of "orphan policy" is increasingly evident .In this paper, through the investigation to the old customers of China Life in Zhengzhou, the author puts forward the findings, analyzes the existing problems, and finally propose the policy recommendations for the customer maintenance and development.
