论毛泽东关于经济发展与政治关系的战略思想(上)

Mao Zedong's Strategic Thoughts About the Relationship Between Economic Development and Political Relations(Ⅰ)

经济发展从来是与政治紧密地结合在一起的。关于经济发展与政治的关系,毛泽东是从战略的高度上来看待和处理的,具有十分明显的马克思主义特点,蕴含着深邃的时代发展特征。毛泽东认为,革命战争时期,进行经济建设需要有政治指导,经济工作要同政治工作结合一起做。在发展社会主义经济的整个过程中,同样要有政治头脑,要坚持政治与经济的紧密的、有机的结合。毛泽东提出,领导首先是政治领导,社会主义时期政治工作的基本任务是向人民群众不断灌输社会主义思想,批判资本主义倾向。在具体的工作实践中,既要坚决反对空头政治,也要反对没有坚定政治方向的经济工作上的盲目性、随意性。文章试从六个方面论述毛泽东经济发展与政治关系的战略思想:(1)政治是方向、是目标;(2)政治工作是一切经济工作的生命线;(3)政治是经济发展的重要的动力源泉;(4)固守本质,继承传统;(5)政策和策略的灵活运用;(6)为了人民的利益。

Economic development is always related to the politics closely. About the relations between economic development and political, Mao Zedong came up from the strategic height of view and handle it. It has obvious characteristics of Marxism, contains a profound development meaning. Mao Zedong thought, in the revolutionary war, economic construction requires political guidance, the economy of work to do in combination with political work. In the whole process of development of socialist economy, we must have the same political mind, insist on the close, organic combination of political and economic work. Mao Zedong put forward, the first is the political leadership. In the socialist period, the political work is the task of socialism and constantly to criticize capitalist tendencies. In specific work practice, both must resolutely opposed to short political, also against no firm political orientation on the economic work of the blindness and randomness. This article tries from six aspects to discusses the strategic thought of Mao Zedong＇s economic development and political relations： （1） the political is the direction, is the goal; （2） the political work is the lifeline of all economic work. （3） politics is a important source of economic development; （4） insist on own nature and the traditions; （5） the policies and strategies of flexible use; （6） in order to the interests of the people.
