Study on the Status, Problems and Countermeasures of Culture and Technology Integration in the Less-developed Areas in Western China——Taking Gansu as an Example

大力推进文化和科技的相互融合,是贯彻落实科学发展观的具体举措,是提升文化核心竞争力的重要途径,是建设社会主义文化强国的迫切要求。文章以甘肃为例,全面审视文化和科技融合发展现状,深入分析当前存在的问题,提出加快促进甘肃省文化和科技深度融合发展的对策建议,以期为西部欠发达地区文化大发展大繁荣提供借鉴和参考。

The integration of culture and technology is not only the specific measure on carrying out the scientific outlook on development, but also the great important way to promote cultural core-competitiveness and the urgent demand of building a country with socialist cultural power. Some problems can be found easily by making a study on the current situation of the integration of culture and technology in Gansu province. Finally the paper proposes the policies and views in accelerating the pace of integration of culture and technology, as to provide the reference for promoting socialist cultural development and prosperity of underdeveloped areas western China.
