“一带一路”视角下石油装备制造企业“海外建厂”风险识别与防范——以哈萨克斯坦为背景

On the Risk Management and Prevention of Petrol Equipment Manufacture Enterprises "Factories Overseas" Under the "One Belt and One Road" Project——In the Background of Kazakhstan

"一带一路"是"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的简称,也是我国全方位对外开放的新战略构想。石油装备制造企业"海外建厂"是落实国家"一带一路"新战略构想的具体举措,也是推动我国石油装备制造企业国际化和"走出去"的战略方针。文章分析了"海外建厂"面临的政治、经济、文化、企业管理等内外部诸多风险,建议采取风险评估、风险转移、风险自保等措施防范和化解风险。

＂One Belt and One Road＂ project is short for the ＂silk road economic belt＂ and ＂Marine silk road in the 21st century＂, and it is also a new strategic vision of China＇s all-round opening to the outside world. Petrol equipment manufacturing enterprises ＂factories overseas＂ is the practical measure of China to implement ＂One Belt and One Road＂ project, as well as promote internationalization of Chinese petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises and ＂going out＂ strategy. This paper analyzes the ＂factories overseas＂ is facing the political, economic, cultural, enterprise management, and other internal and external risks, it suggests a risk assessment, risk transfer, risk self-insurance measures to guard against and dissolve the risk.
