摘要 目的了解医学类博士研究生应用统计学方法的现状,针对存在的问题提出教学改进建议。方法对某医学院校2013级100份博士研究生课后设计的课题研究方案进行审核,调查方案中所采用的统计学分析方法及出现错误。结果方案中最常见的三类错误为:忽略统计方法的使用条件、未考虑混杂偏倚的影响和方法细节上出错,反映了医学类博士研究生对统计学的基础知识掌握不牢固、综合应用能力差以及“学”与“用”脱节等问题。结论应针对博士研究生的特点与需求,进一步改进教学模式。 Objective : The scientific employment of medical statistics is of great importance for MD and PhD students in their academic research. The aim of this study was to make a survey of misused medical statistics in the protocols designed by MD and PhD students, and to give some suggestions to improve the teaching of medical statistics for MD and PhD students. Method .. 100 protocols were investigated. Statistical description was used to analyze enumeration data by calculating cases and percentages. Results : There were three most common types of statistical errors : ignore the assumptions of statistical method, lack of consideration for confounder bias and error of details. Conclusion : The survey results suggest that the MD and PhD students need enhance the basic knowledge of statistics and learn to the comprehensive apply the statistical methods,
