应用于T3工况的R410a空调器制冷系统设计浅析

摘要 本文对应用于T3工况的R410a冷媒空调器制冷系统设计进行探讨,分析了空调器在不同工况下制冷量、功率、排气压力、排气温度等参数的变化,指出空调器设计重点在于保证压缩机有一个合理安全的运转环境。对于T3工况R410a冷媒空调器制冷系统设计,降低系统运行压力、温度是关键,为实现目的,笔者提出了一些可行实用的方法。 In this paper, the design of air condition refrigerating system of R410A applying in T3 work condition was discussed. It was analyzed that parameters such as cooling capacity, cooling power input, discharge pressure and discharge temperature were changed in different work conditions. A reasonable and normal compressor operation environment should be ensured as it was the most important for air conditioner design. Workable measures to depress operation Dress and temperature were pointed out, as they were the key for well design the system.
