中国传统家电制造业矩阵式项目管理模式探索

随着市场竞争的加剧,中国传统家电制造业新产品研发项目已经成为企业竞争的关键。伴随着家电制造业新产品研发项目数量的逐渐增多,项目对于技术稳定性高、能够快速响应客户的要求越来越强烈,传统家电制造业普遍采用的职能式组织架构已经很难满足企业内部大量的新产品开发项目的需求。因此本文通过对中国传统家电制造业新产品开发项目的项目组织架构需求进行分析,探索矩阵式项目组织架构对传统家电制造业新产品开发项目实施的作用,为中国传统家电制造业新产品开发项目组织架构组建提供指导。

With the marketing competition becoming fiercer and fiercer, new product research and development projects in Chinese traditional household appliances manufacturing industry has been the key competition among enterprises. And the amount of new product projects keeps increasing gradually, which lead to a crying need for high technical stability and timely response to clients＇ requirements, while the functional type structure adopted by traditional household appliances industry nowadays hardly can satisfy the large demands of interior new product development projects. Thus, this article aims to explore how matrix type structure will affect the implementation of new product development projects in traditional household appliance industry, by analyzing the project structure demands in Chinese traditional household appliances industry, so as to provide guidance on establishing the new product development projects structure for Chinese traditional household appliance manufacturing industry.
