摘要
为准确测量高温燃气流,搭建燃气温度测量实验台,确定实验台测试段的初始参数和合适的气态燃料。通过研究分析燃料的燃烧结果,确定高速燃烧喷嘴的基本参数,计算燃气流的理论温度,给实验台各主要部件材料的选择提供参考建议。综合考虑上述约束条件,对实验台各主要部件的总体结构和冷却系统进行合理设计。
In order to accurately measure high-temperature gas stream, the gas temperature measurement experimental set-up was built. The initial parameter was determined at the test section of experimental station, and the appropriate gaseous fuel was selected. By researching and analyzing the results of combustion of gaseous fuel, the basic parameters of the high-speed burner nozzle was determined. The theoretical temperature of the gas stream was calculated, and a reference recommendation was provided to select the material of experimental station individual major components. Finally, considering the above constraints, the experimental station individual major part of the overall structure and cooling system were rationally designed.
