摘要
目的研究应用于自动化生产的模具设计过程和设计方法。方法以2400 t冲压自动化线ABB自动化系统的模具设计为例,分析了自动化系统对模具的要求,以及自模具自动化电气元件的选用情况。结论说明了应用于自动化生产的模具设计过程,总结出了应用于自动化生产的模具设计的一般步骤。
The aim of this study was to investigate the design process and methods of stamping die used in automatic production line. The mould design of 2400 t automatic press line with ABB automatic system was taken as an example, the requirement of automatic system to the mould and the selection of automatic mould electrical components were analyzed. This study illustrated the design process of the mould used in automatic production, and summarized the general procedures of mould designing for automatic production.
