摘要
通过分析目前煤炭企业产品售价激励机制普遍存在的问题,对跌价市场环境下大型煤炭企业售价激励机制创新问题进行了研究和探讨,并以开滦集团公司售价激励机制创新为例,提出了"市场代表化、对标定奖罚"的煤炭产品售价激励机制的构建及应注意的问题。
According to analysis ubiquitous problems of current incentive system of coal mine selling price, the author studied and discussed innovation problems in incentive system of coal mine selling price under falling price market circumstances, at meanwhile, took incentive system innovation of selling price in Kailuan Group Co., Ltd. as an example, provided building an selling price incentive system of coal products called "marketing representing & benchmarking reward and punishment" and also provided some problems that need to be paid attention.
