摘要
以乙酰化己二酸双淀粉、阳离子淀粉醚、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠、羟丙基淀粉醚、羟丙基磷酸双淀粉和氧化淀粉这6种不同性质的变性淀粉作为调整剂,对两种不同的煤样进行浮选试验,分别对精煤产率、精煤灰分、尾煤灰分和浮选完善指标进行分析对比。浮选试验结果表明,阳离子淀粉醚能够提高精煤产率,略微提高精煤灰分,对煤泥浮选具有明显的促进作用;氧化淀粉能够降低精煤产率,降低精煤灰分,对煤泥浮选具有选择性抑制效果。
By using six different types of modified starchs as regulators: aeetylated distarch adipate, cationic starch ether, starch sodium octenylsuccinate, hydroxypropyl starch ether, hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate and oxidized starch, the authors conducted select floatation experiments for two different coal samples and also analysed and compared the cleaned coal yield, cleans ash, tailing ash and improved floatation index. The result showed that the cationic starch ether could increase cleaned coal yield and slightly increase cleans ash, obviously promote coal slime floatation; and the oxidized starch could decrease cleaned coal yield and cleans ash, and had a selectively depressant effect on coal slime floatation.
