摘要
针对当前同忻煤矿井下粉尘浓度偏大、工作条件恶劣以至严重影响该矿安全生产的问题,根据非饱和土渗流理论,提出采用comsol有限元数值模拟软件进行煤层注水方案优化,最后进行现场应用及效果测定。通过数值模拟得出同忻矿8103工作面的煤层湿润半径约为15m,在保持4°倾角条件下,其湿润范围最大。采用了新的注水方案后,工作面的粉尘浓度明显降低,其中采煤机中部和前滚筒下风侧10 m处的降尘率分别达到了19.55%、30.62%。
For larger concentration of dust in the current Tongxin Coal Mine and the poor working conditions, which seriously affects mine production safety issues, based on unsaturated flow theory, this article uses comsol finite element simulation software to optimize seam water injection program, and make the final determination of field application and effect. The results shows, the moist radius of 8103 working face in Tongxin Coal Mine is about 15 m, and in keeping + 4 ~ inclination conditions, the moist range max. After the introduction of a new water injection program, the dust concentration was significantly lower. The rate at which the dust before the shearer drum central and leeward side of the 10 m position reaches 19.55%, 30. 62% respectively.
