Exploration and research on Kailuan logistics industry under the new situation

开滦物流历经企业物流、物流企业到专业化物流的发展阶段,体制、机制、运行模式不断完善,实现了跨越式发展,为开滦集团公司转型发展做出了很大贡献。但是随着规模的扩大、市场的激烈竞争以及按照构建现代化大型物流企业高标定位的要求,还存在很大差距。针对开滦物流产业的现状,从创新商业模式和运营模式,完善体制、机制以及加强人才队伍的建设方面提出新形势下实现物流产业可持续发展的新思路。

Kailuan logistics industry have three development phases： logistics department in company, logistics company and professional logistics. The systems, mechanisms and operational modes are consistently completing which achieving great-leap-forward development and making a great contribution for transforming development of Kailuan Group Co., Ltd., however, there is still a large gap in the fact that scale expansion, intense competition of market, and high standard position requirements of building modernization large logistics enterprises. Aiming at status of Kailuan logistics industry, from aspects of new business mode, operational mode, completing system and mechanism, and intense building talent team, the author provided new ideas of achieving sustainable development of logistics industry under the new situation.
