摘要
采用中介语分析的方法,基于中国学生英语笔语语料库WECCL 2.0和英语本族语者语料库LOCNESS,对比分析中国英语学习者和英语本族语者写作中话语标记语"I think"使用方面的差异。数据统计显示:与英语本族语者相比,中国英语学习者在写作中存在过度使用话语标记语"I think"的问题,其搭配类型更丰富,执行了多种语用功能,这一现象主要与母语迁移和中介语水平有关。
By adopting the research methodology named Constructive Interlanguage Analysis (CIA), based on WECCL 2. 0(the Written English Corpus of Chinese Learners 2. 0)and LOCNESS(Louvain Cot pus of Native English Essays), this essay analyzes the differences in the usage of discourse marker"I think" in the writings of both the English native speakers and Chinese EFL learners. Through statistical comparison, this essay finds out that Chinese EFL learners tend to overuse the discourse marker"I think", which has more types of collocations and pragmatic functions. This is mainly attributed to first language transfer and interlanguage proficiency.
