中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Infertility Resulted from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

目的观察中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕症的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,2组均采用达英-35和二甲双胍治疗,治疗组在此基础上,采用中药妇科养荣胶囊治疗,2组疗程均为3个月,观察2组治疗前后血清性激素水平的变化及妊娠率。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后血清性激素的变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗组与对照组总有效率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗PCOS所致的不孕,可改善月经情况,明显提高排卵率,改善妊娠率及流产率。

Objective To observe the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infertility resulted from polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）. Methods Patients were devided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given Diane-35 and metformin. Furthermore,the treatment group was given Fuke Yangrong capsule. Both groups were treated for three months. The serum sex hormones and pregnancy rate were observed both before and after the treat- ment. Results After treatment,serum sex hormone levels of both groups were significantly different from those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher that that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve menstruation and ovulation,and enhance pregnancy rate in the treatment of infertility resulted from PCOS.
