前颅底肿瘤手术入路

摘要 前颅底肿瘤可来源于骨、鼻窦、鼻咽、硬脑膜、颅神经、垂体和大脑.症状大多是通过占位效应引起的,手术治疗一直是前颅底肿瘤的主要方法,合理的手术方式选择及治疗方法对于减少或防止术后并发症及保护重要的解剖结构有着十分重要的意义.本文主要针对国内外近期前颅底手术方式的选择及临床疗效分析,对临床前颅底疾病的科学合理治疗有着一定的实用意义.
