GC-MS Analysis of the Components of Volatile Oils from the Fresh Leaves of Beilschmiedia yaanica

摘要 以雅安琼楠鲜叶为试材,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其成分进行分析鉴定,结果从雅安琼楠鲜叶挥发油中共鉴定出75种组分,占挥发油总量的90.39%.其中,以单萜、倍半萜、含氧单萜和含氧倍半萜类化合物为主要组成种类,其相对含量分别占挥发油总量的23.92%,25.03%,10.84%,17.64%. Volatile oils were extracted from e fresh leaves of Beilschmiedia yaanica by steam distillation, and their chemical components were identified and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A total of 75 components were identified from the volatile oils, which accounted for 90.39% of the total. Monoterpene, sesquiterpene, oxygenated monoterpene and oxygen sesquiterpenoids were the main components, and their relative content being 23.92%, 25.03%, 10.84% and 17.64%, respectively.
