Employment of College Graduates in New Normal Economy:Current Situation and Countermeasures

从梳理和总结高校毕业生的就业现状入手,深入剖析影响高校毕业生就业的历史、文化和现实的各种因素,寻找破解新常态经济下高校毕业生就业难的可能途径和方法,指出促进产业转型升级和结构调整是根本;推进高等教育综合改革是核心;推动社会用人、就业观念转变是关键;完善就业服务平台和政策保障体系是解决高校毕业生就业问题的基础工程。

This paper attempts to summarize the current situation of the employment of college graduates, analyzes the influential factors that include history, culture and reality, endeavors to find feasible ways to solve the difficulties in the employment in the background of the new normal economy. It points out that it is essential to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading and what it matters is to push forward the comprehensive reform in the colleges and universities while giving key priority to the changes in the concept of recruitment in the society and in the employment concept. Besides, what basic work it is is to improve the employment services platform and perfect the policy guarantee system.
