摘要
当今社会就业形势愈发严峻,对职业指导的要求越来越高,如何开展精细化职业指导成为业内外人士研究和关注的话题。精细化职业指导对传统职业指导提出了更高要求,它"质"上求"精"、"量"上求"细",切合了就业关系各方的共同需求。研究认为,高校开展精细化职业指导应树立广义职业指导理念,推进职业指导全员化、全程化、信息化,增强创新性和可持续性;同时应以"精"为目标,以"细"为手段,突出职业指导的专业化、规范化、系统化和个性化。
With the increasingly intensified employment situation , requirements on occupation guidance become higher , thus how to carry out fine occupation guidance becomes a heated topic for experts in and outside the academic circle .Fine occupation guidance puts forward higher requirements on the traditional occupation guidance which requires "fine" on the quality and quantity to meet the common demands on the employment relationship of the related parties .Research suggests that the generalized occupation guidance idea should be established to promote the participation of the whole staff , informatization of the occupation guidance thoroughly to enhance innovation and sustainability;meanwhile "fine";should be a-dopted as the goal and the approaches to highlight the specialization , standardization , systematization and individualization of occupation guidance .
