摘要
采用迭板扭杆式双向平衡机结构解决了某发射装置需要双向平衡的需求,通过预扭试验验证了迭板双向平衡方式是可行的。在ANSYS Workbench Environment(AWE)中建立了迭板的有限元分析模型,对其进行了静强度计算,同时利用Fatigue模块进行了疲劳寿命分析,计算结果表明该迭板的疲劳寿命符合要求,为用户制定有效的技术保障方案提供了科学依据。
In order to meet the demand for bidirectional balance required by certain gun carriage, the torsion bar type balance ma- chine structure of leaf springs is designed, furthermore a pre-twist experiment is conducted to verify the feasibility of the design method and technology processes. Then create the FEM model of it and calculate the strength as well as the stiffness in ANSYS Workbench(AWE) ,while the fatigue life of it is calculated by the Fatigue module. At last the result indicates the fatigue life is reasonable, which offers a scientific base for users to make effective technical plans.
