摘要
为解决数控车削加工试切对刀的对刀精度、效率和安全问题,设计了一种基于百分表的触碰式简易对刀装置。详细介绍了该装置基本结构和工作原理,描述了其使用方法及操作流程。实验结果表明,该对刀装置X,Z方向对刀精度均小于0.1mm,满足使用要求。该装置也可用于数控车床刀架重复定位精度和回程间隙精度检测。
In view of safety issues and the difficulty of tool setting during the process of CNC turning training, a device was de- signed to solve those problems. Operating principles was specified and structure design was finished, meanwhile, usage of this device was introduced. As the results of tests shows, the precision of tool setting in X axis and Z axis reaches 0. 1mm, which def- initely meet design requirement, and this device can also used in resetting tool and testing backlash on CNC turning.
