Mechanism Analysis of Shift Transition for Automatic Transmission Gear

分析了自动变速器速比变换的过渡过程。速比变换的过渡机构有＂单向轮与离合器/制动器组件＂式和＂双离合器/制动器＂式两种。结合辛普森式和拉维纳式两种典型行星齿轮传动机构,分析了＂单向轮与离合器/制动器组件＂式和＂双离合器/制动器＂式过渡机构的工作过程。

The transient process of automatic transmission gear speed ratio transform was analyzed. There are two kinds of the ratio transform transition mechanism： ＂one-way wheel and the clutch / brake assembly＇and＂double clutch/brake＂. In combination with Simpson and Ravenna which are two typical types of planetary gear transmission mechanisms, the working process of ＂one-way wheel and the clutch/brake assembly＇and＂double clutch/brake＂type transition mechanisms was analyzed.
