综合分析了影响快速公交（BRT）服务质量的几种因素,结合济南市快速公交发展的实际情况,利用层次分析法,分析得出济南市快速公交服务质量的客观评价结果,为提高快速公交的服务质量提供有效的切入点。

Several factors influencing bus rapid transit （BRT） service quality is synthetically ana- lyzed. Based on actual situation of Jinan BRT development, objective evaluation results of Jinan BRT service quality are obtained by AHP. All the work supplies effect entry points for improving service quality of BRT.
