新形势下湖北省文化产业发展对策研究

On Strategy of Developing Cultural Industry of Hubei Province in the New Situation

十八届三中全会提出攻坚克难、深化拓展,进一步推进文化体制机制创新。湖北省作为文化产业发展大省,应针对自身存在的不足,通过更新文化产业发展的理念,改革文化产业的管理体制和模式,坚持用法律法规来完善文化市场,坚持"引进来"与"走出去"相结合,更好地利用当地资源促进文化产业发展规模化,提升文化产品的核心竞争力,不断提升湖北省的文化地位。

The state government proclaimed at the Third Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee that it would endeavor to conquer any difficulties and continue to innovate the mechanism for cultural development. The paper pro-poses that as a big province with rich cultural resources, Hubei should find out the shortcomings, update philosophy about the development of cultural industry, and reform the management system and pattern. Meanwhile, they should regulate cultural market, import the excellent culture while export their fine ones, utilize the local resources to boost the cultural industry to a considerable scale, enhance the core competitiveness of cultural products and constantly upgrade Hubei’s status in cultural industry.
