对我国建筑企业“走出去”的探讨

Study on the “Going-out” of Chinese Construction Enterprises

我国建筑企业响应国家"走出去"战略的号召,积极开拓国际市场,经过几十年的探索和努力,取得了骄人的成绩,但也付出了相当大的代价。文章通过对国际大承包商核心竞争能力的分析,为我国建筑企业"走出去"提出了几点建议,以期能对我国建筑企业走出去有所帮助。

Chinese construction enterprises actively explore the international market responding to the call of the national ＂going out＂ strategy. After decades of exploration and hard work, they has made outstanding achievements, but also paid a considerable cost. In this paper, the present status, limiting factors and advantages of going-out construction enterprises are analyzed to know the current problems and insufficiency existing in the process of going-out of Chinese construction enterprises. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for Chinese construction enterprises through the analysis of core competence of big international contractors.
