摘要 由于矿方井下空间及地形限制皮带机输送距离较短,贮带需求量少,同时还要保障贮带有足够的张紧力,因此,我们设计出一种新型贮带张紧方式即用JH-5回柱绞车张紧和加强型导轨贮带方式,既满足张紧力的要求又满足贮带长度的要求。 Because the side of mine underground space and the limitation of terrain belt conveying distance is short, the storage zone does not need too much, but also safeguard some storage zone and have enough tension, so that the use of ordinary belt storage bin and winch tension or turbine drum with guide tension obviously can not meet the actual needs of the mine, so we designed by JH-5 winch tension and enhanced guide belt storage mode of a new type of stored belt tension methods. Not only meet the tension force requirements and meet the requirements with the length of storage.
