摘要 带式输送机在煤炭行业有着广泛的应用,但我国矿用输送机多以恒速运行为主,工作效率较低,浪费电能。针对这一问题,通过分析带速与装载量之间的关系,提出了利用模糊控制理论和PLC控制技术进行节能的方案,通过采集装载量,实现控制输出带速的目的。通过计算,根据假定的参数,证明采用节能方案前后节能率为13.9%,具有一定的节能效果。 Belt conveyor is widely used in mining industry, constant rotational speed of belt conveyor is commonly operated in China, with low efficient and power energy waste. Based on this problem, by analyzing the relationship between the belt speed and loading capacity, fuzzy control theory and PLC control technology were used to save energy, through the collection and loading capacity, reached the purpose of the control output belt speed. Based on the calculation and assumed parameter, the result showed that energy saving rate was 13.9% after the plan, with certain energy saving effect.
