新型矸石膏体充填胶结材料的制备及其性能研究

Study on New Type of Waste Gypsum Filling Cementing Material Preparation and its Performance

为了防止土地塌陷、地下水流失、煤矸石占压土地等生态环境问题,开发出矸石膏体充填开采技术,通过对矸石膏体充填原料的制作配制,了解新型矸石充填工艺;通过对充填材料的优化配比试验,得出外加剂对充填试块强度的影响,以及石膏和熟料等对充填材料水化机理的影响。

In order to prevent loss of land subsidence, groundwater, coal gangue taking land and other ecological environment problem, gangue gypsum filling mining was developed, through production preparation of gangue gypsum filling raw material, new type of gangue filling teehnology was introduced, through the optimization of filiing material ratio test, admixture influence to strong filling block and gypsum and clinker influence to filling material hydration mechanism were got.
