摘要
为解决王坡煤矿煤层预抽钻孔封孔现有封孔方式存在的漏气及浓度低等问题,研究对比了煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔主要封孔方式,结合该矿煤层构造和赋存情况,采用了安尔特带压封孔方式,改进了封孔工艺。工业性试验充分验证了,该封孔方式提高了封孔质量,保证了本煤层预抽钻孔瓦斯抽放浓度,具有推广意义。
In order to solve sealing leakage and low concentration in coal seam pre-drainage drilling hole sealing of Wangpo Mine, mine gas extraction main drilling hole sealing way was studied and analyzed, combined with the coal seam occurrence and structure, An'erte sealing with pressure was adopted to improve sealing technology. The industrial experiment showed the sealing way improved the sealing quality and ensured the coal seam pre-drainage drilling hole gas concentration, with promoting significance.
