Coal Slime Water System Technological Transformation and Optimization in Dongtan Coal Preparation Plant

通过分析研究东滩矿选煤厂煤泥水系统存在的问题,对煤泥水系统进行技术改造。新增粗煤泥分选系统、浮选系统、φ38 m高效浓缩机,完善药剂添加方式,改造细颗粒煤泥处理系统等措施,降低煤泥水浓度,增加煤泥水系统的适应性,降低了洗煤成本。

By analyzing the problems existing in the research of the coal slime water system in coal preparation plant, the technical innovation of coal slime water system was conducted. New coarse coal slime separation, flotation, φ38 m efficient thickener, perfected the reagent adding way, improved coal slurry treatment system reform measures, reduced the concentration of slime water and the cost of coal preparation, increased the adaptability of coal slime water system.
