摘要
为了提高岩巷掘进作业效率,以新安煤矿有关工艺的实践与创新为例,运用了试验—归纳—改进的程序,并对结果做了简明阐述。结果表明:应用于中深孔光面爆破、机器开凿岩石和机器施工流程等环节上,均取得了较好的成绩。中深孔光面爆破技术既便于锚喷支护又减少对围岩的破坏,提高了巷道稳定性;对不同断面、岩性的巷道,采取适合的机械化作业线,可大幅提高掘进速度和效果;挖斗装载机和临时矸石仓的使用,可提高装矸效率,缩短工作面作业时间和更好地实现掘、支工序同时作业。
In order to improve the efficiency of rock roadway mining, relative practice and innovation of Xin' an Mine was taken as example, test - induction---improvement process was applied, with concise elaboration for the result. The result showed that the technology applied in medium deep borehole smooth blasting, machines on rock and construction process, with good effect. Medium deep borehole smooth blasting technology was convenient for anchor-plate retaining and reduced the damage to surrounding rock, improve the stability of roadway, adaptable machanized line was adopted based on different section and roadway, which could improve mining speed and effect, the use of scoop loader and temporary waste rock bin could improve loading efficiency of coal and gangue, shorten the working time of working face and realize mining and support simultaneously.
