一次水热合成制备连生态NaA分子筛及其薄膜 被引量:1

摘要 系统研究原料配比、晶化温度和晶种对NaA分子筛结晶度、晶粒分布及连生状态的影响,采用水热合成方法制备了连生态、大尺寸NaA分子筛晶粒,确定了连生态NaA分子筛的优化合成条件.在此条件下,通过一次水热合成在多孔氧化铝表面制备了致密的NaA分子筛薄膜.采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、激光粒度分析仪等手段对样品的晶型结构、粒径分布、连生状态及表面状态进行了表征.实验发现,添加晶种促进了连生态NaA分子筛的生成;提高晶化温度有利于增加连生态晶体的比例;在连生态NaA分子筛的优化合成条件下,经一次水热成膜在多孔氧化铝表面获得了致密的NaA分子筛薄膜. The effect of raw materials ratio, crystallization temperature and seed treatment on the preparation of NaA zeolite was studied systematically. The large size and Intersecting NaA zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal method and the best condition was determined. Under the condition, the compact NaA zeolite membrane was synthesized on the self-made porous alumina supports by one single hydrothermal synthesis. The structure, particle size, intersecting state, surface states of NaA was investigated by X-ray Diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscopy and Laser Particle Size Analyze techniques. The results show that the intersecting NaA was easier to get by increasing crystallizing temperature and adding seed crystal to solution. Besides that, under the optimize conditions that the intersecting NaA have been synthesized, the compact NaA zeolite membrane was synthesized by one single hydrothermal synthesis.
