双锥形模拟月壤烘干装置的设计

摘要 模拟月壤中的含水率指标会影响采样试验所测得的转矩和功耗参数,甚至有可能影响试验实测取芯率的准确性.为了排除模拟月壤中含水率这一扰动因素,本文给出低含水率模拟月壤烘干系统的设计方法.该系统主要采用电加热及真空干燥系统,通过位于加热筒体内的螺带结构实现物料的旋转翻动,确保物料受热均匀.并且加热筒体利用双锥筒形代替普通筒形,从而使得物料能够毫无残留的全部排出.该装置具有操作简单,节约能源,物料干燥均匀,热效高的特点. The moisture index in the lunar soil stimulants will affect torque and power parameters tested in the sampling, and may affect the accuracy of the coring rate. For overcoming the disturbance factor of the moisture, a new drying method for lunar soil stimulants with lower moisture is proposed in this paper. Electric heating and vacuum drying system was adopted in this system. Lunar soil simulants was rotated and paged through by screw belt structure in heating barrel, for heating evenly. Heating body with twin cones is used instead of the ordinary barrel,which make the material discharge completely. The proposed biconical drying device for lunar soil simulants has the advantages of simple operation, energy saving, material drying uniformity and high heating efficiency.
