摘要
针对某E232型烟气轮机叶片进行疲劳寿命分析,得到多轴低周疲劳时叶片无催化剂颗粒冲击损伤的疲劳寿命分布;考虑催化剂等颗粒从不同的入射角度进入叶片流道这一现象,利用修正的MansonCoffin公式计算应力集中系数对其疲劳寿命的影响,获得叶片的总损伤,从而计算二级动叶片的寿命,为烟机设计者和使用者提供理论参考,具有一定的指导意义.
Fatigue life analysis for the blade of an E232-type gas turbine to get the fatigue life distribution of the blade without impact damage of catalyst particle when it suffering multi-axial low cycle fatigue. Calculating the blade fatigue life about the effect of stress concentration factor using the modified Manson-Coffin formula which considering catalyst particles from different angles of incidence into its runner and obtained the total damage of the blade, thus get fatigue life. The result provides a theoretical reference fdr designers and users and has some significance in engineering.
