摘要 研究了碳源、氮源、无机盐、维生素B2对于黑木耳液态深层发酵胞外多糖产量的影响.在单因素试验的基础上,以胞外多糖的产量为衡量指标,采用响应面法优化了培养基的组成.最终确定最适宜的培养基组成为玉米粉36.78 g/L,酵母浸粉11.23 g/L,无机盐6.10 g/L,维生素B286.06m g/L.在此条件下胞外多糖产量最大,预测值为6.074 g/L,实际值为5.905 g/L. The effect of carbon source, nitrogen source, mineral salt and vitamm152 on extracellular polysaccharide production by submerged fermentation medium of Auricularia aurieula had been studied. On the base of single factors experiments, response surface analysis was applied to research the interactions of factors and optimize the submerged fermentation medium, taking the extracellular po evaluation index. The best medium composition was investigated:Corn flour3 lysaccharide production as major 6.78 g/L, Yeast Extract Powder 11.23 g/L, mineral salt 6.10g/L, vitaminB2 86.06 mg/L. On this condition, we obtained the largest production of extracellular polysaccharide. The predicted production was 6. 074 g/L, the actual production was 5. 905 g/L.
