摘要
高校实验室安全评价是高校领导、管理部门加强实验室安全管理的理论依据和重要手段.首先运用安全系统工程的方法将实验室安全分解为人、机、料、法、环五个方面的子系统,然后运用专家评分法确定各个子系统的权重,运用半定量安全检查表确定各个子系统的安全评价分值,根据加权平均法得到实验室总体安全等级.最后,将该综合安全评价模型应用于某高校材料性能测试实验室安全评价,结果表明:该实验室安全等级为三级,需要从人、机两方面采取措施提高该实验室安全水平.
Safety evaluation of university laboratory is the important means ann me meorencal basos of laboratory safety management of the college leadership and the management department. Firstly, laboratory safety is decomposed into five aspects such as people, machine, material, method, environment by using the method of safety system engineering. Secondly, the weight of each subsystem is determined by using expert scoring method and then the safety evaluation score of each subsystem is determined by using semi quantitative safety check table. The overall safety laboratory grade is obtained according to the weighted average method. Finally, the comprehensive safety evaluation model is applied on the safety evaluation of materials performance testing laboratory in a certain university and the results show that the overall safety laboratory grade is three class, its overall risk level belongs to the two class risk, and measures should be taken to improve the safety level of the laboratory from two aspects such as person and machine.
