医院档案规范化管理初探

Preliminary Exploration into the Standardized Management over Hospital Archives

针对当前我国医院档案管理中存在的规范化意识薄弱、管理制度不健全、缺少专职档案管理人员、管理设施不全、指导思想封闭保守以及档案开发利用不够等问题,提出了在医院档案管理中必须强化规范化管理意识,完善管理制度,建立规范化的档案管理体系,注重提高档案管理人员职业素养,创新工作方法,加强硬件建设,建立信息化网络系统,并要确立以利用、服务为中心的工作指导思想。

In the current hospital archive management of China, there are such problems as weak awareness of standardization, incomplete management system, lack of special archive management personnel, insufficient management facilities, closed and conservative guiding ideology, and inadequate archive development and utilization. Aiming at these problems, the author proposes to heighten the awareness of standardized management, complete the management system, set up a standardized archive management system, focus on the improvement of archive management personnel’s professional quality, innovate new working methods, enhance hardware construction, build an information network system, and establish the work guiding ideology centered on utilization and service during the archive management of hospital.
