摘要
内部管理是企业的核心竞争力之一,如何有效培养管理者是业界关注的重要问题。本文采用单案例研究方法,对华为公司的"将军"培养模式进行了深入研究,归纳总结出管理者成长的过程模型及管理者培养的特征规律,为管理人才的培养工作提供了现实参考。
Inner management is one of the core competitiveness of enterprise.How to cultivate administrators is the key thesis the industry concerned. We try to do deep research into the General cultivation of Huawei by single-case design,and then find out the administrators' growth process model and the general principle of administrator cultivation. This study will be able to provide practice reference to other enterprises.
